Hello! I'm Silvia, and I'm so glad our paths have crossed.
As an Inclusive Leadership Mentor, I'm passionate about helping leaders like you thrive in today's diverse and dynamic workplaces. My own journey through leadership roles taught me that the most effective leaders aren't those with all the answers, but those who lead with authenticity, courage, and a deep commitment to their people.
Too often, new managers are left to figure things out alone. I started Seeds to Lead to change that.
With extensive experience in people development and DEI, my work is focused on helping you transition into leadership with clarity, empathy, and real impact. Inside the community, I don't just teach theory, I share guidance from my own lived experiences and more than a decade leading teams. My approach is to build on your strengths and lead in a way that is both effective and true to your own values.
